About the role
- Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking a highly-motivated and dependable Concrete Block Machine Operator to join our team at Concrete Block Production Plants in major cities throughout Florida.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks with little supervision
- Ability to operate block machine to produce concrete block and building materials in an efficient and safe manner
- Inspect produced block and building materials for quality standards and inconsistencies
- Make adjustments to maintain product quality when necessary
- Lead and motivate team to perform work-stoppage machine repairs with a sense of urgency
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
Requirements

- Experience with a Besser V312, preferred
- Full availability required
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate when required
