Responsibilities
- Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency
- Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams

- The SAP Analyst will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP TM and integration with SAP S/4HANA MM, OTC, WM and FI modules
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement, aligning with best practices
- Integration: Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems
- Testing & Training: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training
- Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency
Requirements
- Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience.
- Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The Team Member is frequently required to sit, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms.
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day.
- Proper lifting techniques required.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM
- SAP TMS certification is often preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $116,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD.
- The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
