About the role
- About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition.
- You'll work on a continuously running production line, using equipment and systems to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently while meeting quality and output goals.
- Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday (initial schedule).
Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to support production flow.
- Maintain accurate data and system transactions within manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements
- May be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Experience using scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment.
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities.
- Strong hazard recognition and commitment to safe work practices.
- Passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!
Nice to have
- Experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting preferred.

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
