Responsibilities
- Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and families
- Support Club events, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality youth programming

- As a Youth Development Specialist, you will play an important role in helping keiki build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop skills that support long-term success.
- The Youth Development Specialist supports the daily implementation of programs and activities designed to promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership development, and positive social growth for youth ages 6-17.
- This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with youth while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive Clubhouse environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation
- Reports to: Clubhouse Director Location: Līhuʻe Clubhouse, Kaua'i Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) Compensation: $20.00/hour Start Date: July 27, 2026
