  • For the Consultant, Health & Safety position, the anticipated annual base pay is $80,000-$100,613 (USD).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day EHS support for the warehouse operations.
  • Support development and implementation of site EHS programs and operating procedures covering ergonomics, machine safety, material handling, housekeeping, fire/life safety, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety.
  • Partner with operations leaders to identify risks, recommend controls, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Deliver and coordinate EHS training for employees, temporary workers, contractors, and supervisors.
  • Support incident reporting, near-miss review, root cause analysis follow-up, and lessons-learned communication.
  • Support management of change when layouts, staffing, shifts, equipment, or workflows change.
  • Support innovative EHS programs that move clients beyond compliance toward best ‑ in ‑ class performance
  • Collaborate with ERM's national and global technical experts, contributing to knowledge ‑ sharing and continuous improvement
  • Build trusted client relationships by consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Your work will directly support safer operations-locally and globally-while advancing ERM's mission to create a more sustainable future.

Requirements

  • Maintain required EHS records, inspection logs, training documentation, and risk assessment updates.

Nice to have

  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • Experience supporting warehouse operation, light industrial, new site openings, temporary labor environments and contractor safety programs.
  • Familiarity with ergonomics in repetitive manual tasks, machine guarding, lockout/tagout concepts.
  • OSHA 30 or similar EHS certification/training.
  • Ability to thrive in fast ‑ paced, innovative client environments while producing high ‑ quality deliverables.

Compensation

  • For the Consultant, Health & Safety position, the anticipated annual base pay is $80,000-$100,613 (USD).
  • Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
  • In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
  • This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
