Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination

Requirements
- OR Master's degree in a related field with:
- Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
- Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
Nice to have
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Sit for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time)
- Stand occasionally (approximately 10% of the time)
- Lift and carry items occasionally as needed
- Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Compensation
- Enjoy a competitive salary range of $62,000 – $68,450, based on post-licensure experience, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and additional retention bonus opportunities.
