About the role

  • The Product Marketing Manager - Training serves as the organization's scientific storyteller, transforming complex nutritional science into compelling education that equips employees to confidently communicate the value of Plexus products.
  • Through live training, multimedia content, and strategic educational initiatives, this leader ensures every team understands not only what the product does-but why it matters and how it improves consumers' lives.
  • You'll become the "Rosetta Stone" between science and business-translating cutting-edge research into stories that employees can understand, believe in, and confidently share.

Responsibilities

  • This role bridges Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Field Development by creating the internal product narratives that drive launch readiness, organizational alignment, and product confidence.
  • Partners with R&D, Product Development, Product Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance to develop accurate, compliant, and differentiated product messaging.

  • Serves as the organization's lead product educator through workshops, presentations, webinars, podcasts, videos, and other multimedia platforms.

Requirements

  • Within the first 12 months, success will be demonstrated by the ability to:
  • Strong knowledge of nutritional science, ingredient functionality, product positioning, and structure/function claim substantiation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage audiences through live training, workshops, webinars, podcasts, videos, and other multimedia platforms.

Nice to have

  • A Registered Dietitian (RD) credential preferred.

  • Measures training effectiveness through stakeholder feedback, knowledge assessments, and participation metrics, continuously improving learning outcomes.
  • Monitors emerging nutritional science, industry trends, and competitive products to enhance product education and strengthen internal expertise.
