As a Product Manager in Residential Lending Solutions (RLS), you will manage and shape the future direction of our product suite offering to lenders and brokers.
You will be responsible to plan, develop, execute and monitor a market driven set of RLS Products, including functional enhancements to existing products and the identification and implementation of new products that align with FCT's corporate strategy.
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to final execution and post implementation
Through mentoring, innovative tools, and a variety of programs that engage and reward, we empower each employee to be great and drive results.

Familiarity with current product development methodologies (lean framework/agile development)
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization and all customer constituents

$122,000 to $149,200 Any pay range is in $CAD.
The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
