About the role
- Starting pay for 3rd shift, including a 15% shift differential, is $26.05/hour.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Comfort and interest in working with technology including, experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to follow and process instructions
- Ability to work 3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Ability to work 3rd shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A positive attitude and willingness and interest to learn technical material
- Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic math understanding (we will work with you and provide coaching!)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
- Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
Compensation
- A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
