About the role

The College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) at Washington State University invites applications for a Career Track Faculty position of any rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) in the scholarly sub-track on our campus in Pullman, WA.
This position is a 9-month academic, Continuous, Career Track faculty rank appointment.
We seek applicants to serve as the Director of the College of Arts & Sciences Student Success Program.

Located 80 miles south of metropolitan Spokane, Pullman is also a quick drive away from the scenic Idaho panhandle and Moscow Mountain.
Together over 700 CAS faculty and staff deliver more than 50% of WSU's total undergraduate and graduate instruction, including the vast majority of WSU's core curriculum.
We drive disciplinary and transdisciplinary research, scholarship, and creative activities across the arts, humanities, social sciences, sciences and mathematics.
The College of Arts & Sciences seeks to lead a reimagining of WSU's land-grant mission for the 21 st century, expanding the boundaries of creativity and discovery while simultaneously recognizing more completely our obligations to the State and the communities we serve.
Demonstrated success in course design and pedagogy
Demonstrated record of, or potential for, developing and delivering professional development programming on course design, pedagogy, and/or student career readiness
Demonstrated record of supporting, or potential to support, access and opportunity in leadership, teaching, and service in alignment with WSU's land grant mission.

$61,111.11 to $91,666.67 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Salary will be determined based on qualiﬁcations and experience.
The range shown reﬂect the 9-month faculty base salary and two months for summer administrative work.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.

Ph.D., Ed.D., M.F.A., or other terminal degree, OR a master's degree plus minimum (5) five years of relevant experience in higher education.
Designing and delivering workshops, resources and individual consultations that support faculty in integrating CRWR competences into teaching and learning;
