Responsibilities
- Technical Product Support
- Collaborate with global headquarters on internationally sourced product evaluations and technical escalations
- Provide technical training to internal teams and support new product launches
- Support product managers in developing new services that strengthen our competitive position
- 4+ years in product support engineering, applications engineering, or a similar technical role
- With operations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago, the company serves as a vital partner for the most innovative companies in the Americas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have
- Hands-on familiarity with structural hardware, fasteners, framing systems, or automation components - a genuine plus
- International or cross-cultural work experience is a plus
Compensation
- $64,000 to $90,000 per year, based upon experience
