Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and advise business division partners on internal strategic communications for the enterprise or for select business division audiences.
- Use communications best practices, implementing storytelling and data-driven insights to inform and improve communications strategies in support of business outcomes.

Company info
- Minimum of 4 years working in Internal Communications in a corporate environment required; for-profit, private sector, commercial industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing complex, strategic communications plans and successfully implementing them end-to-end across a business division or enterprise.
- Exceptional writing, editing, presenting and storytelling abilities to develop creative content for various internal channels and tailor communications to an author's voice and targeted audiences.
- Excellent relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts including with colleagues who may be more senior to you.
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change, meet strategic objectives, and address employee sentiment and feedback.
- Demonstrated strategic thinker who takes initiative and has solid decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead as an individual contributor to drive belonging, constructive challenge, continuous improvement, and alignment throughout the Public Relations and Operations team and across partnerships.
- Ability to track, measure, and analyze data, providing recommendations for improvement and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Skilled in AP style writing and collaborating across Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or public affairs preferred.
- Strong executive presence, with prior experience supporting executive communications.
- Understanding of corporate event planning, technology, and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with people of different functional expertise towards a common goal.
