Responsibilities

- Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in United States.
- You will own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, driving adoption, retention, and long-term success.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal, expansion, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop customer success strategies that connect platform capabilities with customer security goals and operational priorities.
- Lead onboarding processes, success planning sessions, and executive business reviews with security leaders, application security teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify account growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with Solutions Engineering teams to support technical discussions, integrations, deployments, and complex customer requirements.
- Proactively identify customer risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement strategies to improve retention.
- Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with a proven track record of improving retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including SDLC workflows and developer tools such as source control management, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, and container environments.
- Ability to confidently navigate both technical conversations with engineers and strategic discussions with executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working with cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets detection, or similar technologies is a plus.
