About the role
- Organization Summary: BBYO is the leading pluralistic, Jewish teen movement and has been providing exceptional leadership programs and identity enrichment experiences for more than 90 years.
- Regional Convention: BBYO teens are invited to join other teens in their region for fun weekend conventions throughout the year that typically take place at a camp, hotel, or retreat center.
- Conventions are planned and led by teens in BBYO to serve different purposes.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to staff as they deal with participant behavior such as aggression, homesickness, teasing, or bullying.
- Work with appropriate staff to develop strategies for success for teens in need.
Requirements
- Carry state license in home state, Master's level degree in social work, counseling, or similar. (LSW, LCSW, LISW, LPC, Ph.D, Psy D., LMFT)
