About the role
- Note: This position is an onsite position based out of Dayton, Ohio and is contingent upon contract funding.
- This role requires an active U.S. national security clearance.

- This position is responsible for developing customer trust and developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with current and prospective customers.
Requirements
- BS in business, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least ten (10) years of program management related experience, preferably in defense industry Extensive experience managing a program/project team to execute a government contract or development efforts.
- Experience writing and managing proposals.
- Proven ability to guide a software product development process.
- Expertise using MS Office toolset.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies.
- Experience working on classified programs.
- Experience working with secure information technologies.
Nice to have
- (Not Required) An advanced degree in business administration, human resources, management, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
