Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of our core SaaS product - from iterating on existing features to defining and launching new ones
- Drive AI into the product in ways that genuinely improve outcomes for providers and families - not as a checkbox
- Partner tightly with engineering and design to ship with urgency, unblock the team, and keep the pod focused on what matters
- AI fluency in your daily workflow - you use AI tools to move faster, go deeper, and operate more like a full-stack product owner across discovery, design, and execution
Requirements
- You're energized by the full spectrum of the job - from iterating on live features to investing in greenfield 0→1 bets - and you have the judgment to know when to pursue each.
- 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of a core product area
- Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable outcomes
Skills
- Sharp on prioritization - you can look at a universe of possible bets and quickly identify what's worth pursuing, what to cut, and why
- Skilled at right-sizing - you set appetite and scope work accordingly, balancing incremental improvements with bigger swings
- A boundaryless builder - you prototype, automate, and ship using AI as your co-builder
