About the role

  • Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
  • BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
  • With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operations and administration of our end-to-end data platform including ingestion, storage, and data/insight serving layers
  • Own architecture and implementation of platform modernization including streaming systems, lakehouse design, and data-serving APIs, ensuring scalability, correctness, and operability
  • Lead, mentor, and grow teams of Data Engineers and Data Platform Engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development
  • Build a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Develop clear team charters, ownership boundaries, and operating models that scale with the business
  • Partner with Data leadership to plan capacity, staffing, and roadmaps aligned to company priorities
  • Partner closely with leaders in Data, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Network and Growth to align platform investments with business outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building distributed data systems, with 3+ years of significant leadership experience owning scaled data platforms
