About the role
- Company Description FuseFX is an award-winning Visual Effects Studio providing visual effects services for episodic television, feature films, commercials, virtual productions, and VR.
- Our flagship studio is in Los Angeles, CA, with locations in New York City, Vancouver, BC., and Atlanta.
- Our Montreal, Toronto, and Bogota studios are serviced by FOLKS VFX, who joined FuseFX in 2020.
Responsibilities
- Work with Unreal Engine departments heads on the development and support of real-time tools.
- Ability to partner with various departments and be solution driven when troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude, take direction, and implement feedback with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of Unreal Engine experience as a technical artist.
- Advanced experience with Blueprints
- Experience programming in Python
- Must be a self-motivated team player that thrives on problem solving
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programming in C++ is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience in Unreal Materials, Shotgrid, Maya, and Houdini is a plus.
