About the role
- This individual will play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic and financial initiatives, including financing activities, investment opportunities, joint ventures, and M&A across our AI, advanced computing, and energy ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with a focus on AI infrastructure, digital infrastructure, data centers, or technology/energy sectors.

Responsibilities
- Build Financial Models: Develop and maintain detailed financial and operating models to evaluate data center developments, GPU procurement, and infrastructure investments.
- Executive Presentation: Prepare valuation materials, transaction summaries, and strategic analyses to support decision-making for the executive team and the Board.
- Support Deal Lifecycle: Participate in the full transaction process, from initial screening and financial evaluation through due diligence, structuring, and closing.
- Valuation Ownership: Manage valuation workstreams, including DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, and unit economics modeling for high-performance computing (HPC) assets.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze trends in the AI landscape, hyperscaler demand, and energy infrastructure to help validate new growth opportunities.
- Create Materials: Draft investment committee memos, board presentations, and marketing materials for lenders and investors.
- Manage Diligence: Coordinate due diligence processes, acting as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, tax, technical).
- Relationship Support: Help maintain and cultivate relationships with investment banks, technology vendors, and institutional investors.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking (TMT, Digital Infrastructure, or Power/Energy groups), private equity, infrastructure funds, or a corporate development role within the tech or utility sector.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in the economics of data centers, AI compute infrastructure, power constraints, and cloud ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in investment banking (TMT, Digital Infrastructure, or Power/Energy groups), private equity, infrastructure funds, or a corporate development role within the tech or utility sector.

- Strong financial modeling capabilities and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and transaction mechanics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
