Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary
- Ability to travel locally and in state, when necessary
Nice to have
- IICRC certifications - WRT - ASD - ARMT preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in cleaning/restoration
- Xactimate experience preferred
- The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics.
- Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites.
- Physical demands of the job require the ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and move heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
