Arthrex San Diego, a proud representative of Arthrex products and innovative surgical techniques, is seeking a talented and driven Foot & Ankle Associate Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in San Diego, California.
Associates are expected to show up prepared, execute at a high level, and earn increasing responsibility over time.
The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within their team's assigned territory.

Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting noncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory, case logistics, and product movement with accuracy and urgency.
Support billing processes, purchase orders, and operational workflows.

This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our Foot and Ankle product portfolio.
Maintain accurate account and customer data within all Arthrex systems Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Represent Arthrex San Diego, an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by working with surgeons and health care professionals.
Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics.
Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits and other critical business applications.
