About the role
- Assist analytical assays- cell health assays, biochemical assays, Mycoplasma testing, Endotoxin, and ELISAs (as needed).
- Generate and organize analytical data using software like Excel, and JMP for data trending.
- Competency in computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power point).
Responsibilities

- Our scientists are working to develop novel therapies that harness that inherent power by amplifying both branches of the immune system, attacking cancerous or infected cells today while building immunological memory for tomorrow.
- Conduct immunological (plate-based and/or flow cytometry) assays to support the characterization of NK cells.
- Perform cell culture activities as needed to maintain effector and target cells.
- Support clinical data integrity and regulatory compliance through maintaining thorough records on data-related activities including data migration, transfer, calculation, conversion, data template revision etc.
- Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.
- Assist and perform Immunogenicity assays using different platforms (ELISA, MSD) and T-cell assays (Proliferation assays, ELISpot).
- Analyze and document experimental data in laboratory notebooks in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company guidelines
Requirements
- Perform general duties (BSC cleaning, Incubator sterilization, water bath cleaning) to support safe and efficient operation of the lab, as required
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or biomedical engineering with 1+ years of experience in a research lab setting required
- Master's degree in biological sciences or biomedical engineering required
- Proven ability to be highly productive and successful in a high pace work environment with excellent attention to details and meticulous bench
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or biomedical engineering with 1+ years of experience in a research lab setting required; or
Nice to have
- Previous training in handling and maintaining mammalian cell culture in a BSL2 laboratory is plus.
- Previous training in data analysis is a plus.
- Basic skills in aseptic/sterile techniques and prior laboratory experience preferred.

- The annual base pay range for this position is below.
