About the role
- Sitting at the intersection of marketing, engineering and product, this role will work on a wide variety of projects - from landing pages and experimentation frameworks to data pipelines and ad platform signals.
- Your work will directly impact revenue by improving conversion rates, increasing signal quality, and enabling faster iteration across the entire go-to-market engine.
- This position is based in New York City, and follows an in-office schedule Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementations behind Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Build and ship landing page experiments, signup funnels, scheduling and lead routing.
- Build and maintain the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic that the team uses to ship experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and the broader funnel.
- Build and maintain GTM infrastructure.
- Build the APIs, webhooks, and automations that move data cleanly between them.
- Comfort building integrations across APIs, webhooks, and the tools in a modern GTM stack

Requirements
- 5-9 years in growth engineering, web development with a CRO focus, or a similar hands-on role
- Direct experience with CRO and A/B testing - you've shipped tests, owned the framework, and have opinions on what works
- Familiarity with tracking implementations: GA4, Segment or RudderStack, server-side GTM
Nice to have
- Direct experience with marketing measurement and a strong understanding of growth concepts.
- Fintech, wealth management, or other regulated-industry experience
- GraphQL experience
