About the role
- Bohler's Northeast offices are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to review and strengthen the technical integrity of civil land development projects.
- Evaluate constructability, safety features, and compliance with Bohler standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of internal QA/QC procedures.
Responsibilities

- You'll apply your technical expertise and eye for precision to ensure every plan we deliver across New Jersey reflects our commitment to excellence, from concept through construction.
- In this role, you'll perform QA/QC reviews across grading, utilities, and stormwater systems, ensuring constructability, compliance, and consistency.
- Working closely with design teams and project managers, you'll help identify potential challenges early, refine design details, and enhance the quality of deliverables that shape our growing communities.
- Complete design checklists and provide clear feedback to project teams.
- Review stormwater, grading, and utility designs for technical accuracy.
- Support construction administration through plan interpretation and issue resolution.
- Partner with engineers to identify process improvements and enhance consistency.
