- About the Opportunity As the HRBP Expert/Senior HR Manager for our Global Commercial Center, you will translate business objectives into impactful people strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR Infra team.
- Partner with senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement and succession planning to organizational design and team effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.
- Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business structures and leadership, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
- Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and elevating HR's role as a trusted, value-added partner across the organization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and partner on the design and implementation of scalable, global HR programs and processes.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.
