Desired candidate will have knowledge of close outs and ULOs.
Employee must have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to coordinate easily with other back-office departments including Program Control and Contracts.

This position will require billing experience in a government contract environment, Costpoint experience, and proficiency in Excel.

2-5 years of experience in processing billing for a variety of contract types such as Cost Plus, Fixed Price and Time and Material.

Billing contracts on a bi-weekly and monthly basis to DoW customers through Wide Area Workflow and a variety of other avenues. This includes analysis of WAWF data to determine billing funding levels and assess success of invoice progressing through the WAWF process.
Set up billing formats and project configurations in Costpoint from information obtained in the contract.
Identify and resolve revenue issues.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare monthly journal entries, such as direct cost accruals, GSA Fee accruals, CAF accruals.
Reconcile Billing to Revenue.
Reconcile Billing to Cost Reports.
Monthly review of Accounts Receivable to identify and resolve late payments issues.
Monthly review of Unbilled Accounts Receivable.
Participate contract close-outs and coordinate de-obligations of funding.
