Responsibilities
- You'll work with the Property Manager to assist with daily operation activities to include focusing on rental collections, managing and mitigating resident delinquencies, developing resident retention initiatives, and marketing and leasing efforts.

Requirements
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the Property Management industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding requirements of the job
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Experience should include some knowledge of industry software systems
- Working on our team and in this position, you can expect:
- Strong Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills
- Experience should include some knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi
Nice to have
- Experience in luxury or market-rate segment is preferred
Compensation
- $67,500 - $70,000 USD
