- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping workforce plans, evolving team structures, and driving forward-thinking talent strategies
- Lead from the front on employee experience-designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, and culture
- Own talent management cycles end-to-end in partnership with Compensation, ensuring rigor, alignment, and meaningful development outcomes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation to build smart, competitive hiring strategies and calibrated offers
- Executive presence and credibility-you lead with confidence, sound judgment, and impact
