Responsibilities
- Manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process for New Product Introduction (NPI) to meet market requirements for features, schedule, and cost
- Lead cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and finance, to meet project milestones and performance goals
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives in partnership with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop capabilities for new products
- Support technical development activities, including customer demos and product specification refinement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Material Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or manufacturing, with expertise in materials management
- Hands-on experience with production control, forecasting, and project management
- Experience with inventory and parts management
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills and a track record of managing cross-disciplinary programs
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
