Responsibilities
- Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies at appropriate levels Maintain excellent customer service standards Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures and maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
- The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks necessary to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community.
