Responsibilities
- Requires a capacity to handle emotionally charged situations and maintain professional boundaries.
- Supervise and support individuals in care, maintaining safety and program structure.
- Perform safety checks and document observations accurately.
- Support daily living needs (meals, cleaning, laundry).
- Maintain a trauma informed environment of care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field).
- QMAP, First Aid, and CPR required.
- Requires fine motor skills required for precise clinical procedures.
- Obtain vital signs at required intervals (including every 2 hours).
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- crisis setting experience preferred.
- Certain programs may require a valid Class "S" driver's license, as defined by Colorado state transportation regulations.
- Must meet qualifications outlined in 6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 07, which sets standards for Assisted
- Living Residences in Colorado, including staffing, resident care, medication administration, and facility operations.
Compensation
- $30.12/hr or $62,650/yr
