About the role
- InterAgency, Inc. is a small, growing environmental consultancy with a national profile.
- We provide planning, environmental consulting, and regulatory coordination for largescale infrastructure and resiliency programs in the DC metro area.
- The successful candidate will help inform InterAgency's planning efforts for clean water infrastructure implementation.
Responsibilities
- InterAgency, Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst II to support our clean water group.
- Day to day, the activities include analyzing metrics of success, developing data-driven insights, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.
Requirements
- Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the client and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables.
- 2+ years of consulting experience with a major consulting firm or engineering firm.
- Must be able to run advanced statistical modelling and analysis.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Managed a data-driven project through the full lifecycle (initiation through closure), overseeing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Has directly presented or delivered insights from technical projects to executive audiences, resulting in a defined business action, strategy, or policy adjustment.
- Employment Conditions:
- Full-time, exempt employment.
- Hours: regular business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 PM (EST).
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.
- Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.
Compensation
- $85,000-$115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Paid Time Off: up to 20 days per year, prorated during the first year of employment.
- Salary: $85,000-$115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
