Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management plans aligned with initiative goals.
- Collaborate continuously with change teams to identify ongoing change impacts and assess readiness.
- Create and deliver communication plans, training plan guidance, and resource planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and change champions in guiding teams through change.
- Ability to lead change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement in challenging environments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
