As the Lead Technical Analyst, Digital Asset Management, you will have primary responsibility for the Museum's Digital Asset Management system (DAMs) and related workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other specialists to review and configure DAMs metadata and workflow processes. Contribute to system integrations and enhancements, including task automation, reporting, and other digitization procedures.
Provide direct support and training to general and power users.
Design, develop, and maintain reports for the Museum's DAMs, such as production workflows, digital rights management, and licensing activities.
Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the DAMs and adjacent systems and workflows.

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, library science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Expertise with SQL Server, including complex SQL queries and creating SSRS reports.
Knowledge of XMP and other metadata schemas.
Understanding of REST and web service APIs for accessing DAMs and external data sources.
Experience and/or interest in digital preservation and digital preservation workflows.
Other skills not required but considered a plus:
Experience with Windows Server, Jira, Elastic, and enterprise Java applications.
Knowledge of IIIF APIs.
Experience with collections information systems, especially TMS by Gallery Systems.

$90,000 - $100,000
