- The Coordinator is organized and dependable with experience supporting campus recruiting events and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Pre-screen job applicants, perform reference checks and coordinator in person interviews.
- Update and manage recruitment databases for accuracy.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- Have strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics, assist stakeholders, and contribute to delivering engaging and efficient recruiting experiences.
Requirements
- Experience submitting and tracking expenses.
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally to student candidates, Career Services staff and various stake holders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently across the Center, Career Services and with stake holders.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and adjusts plans quickly without disrupting the overall experience.
- Ability to interact with students, Career Services, and various stake holders.
- Skilled in maintaining a high degree of organizational skills with an astute focus on consistency, accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating career fairs and or student events preferred
- At least three (3) year of experience coordinating events, travel and managing a team calendar
Compensation
- This is an non-exempt role and the minimum starting salary is $63,680.00 ($30.61 hourly) annually.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Where & How You'll Work
- Local Remote: Will work remotely, but is expected to attend work-related activities that occur at the SPLC offices or in the states in which the SPLC operates.
- Telework: Will work at an SPLC office at least three days per week and may work two days per week from an alternative work location.
- This position will report to the Manager, Recruitment.
