Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the execution and delivery of design projects.
- Lead smaller-scale projects or manage defined portions of larger projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Participate in client communications and help maintain strong relationships.
- Support team development and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- This position is ideal for someone with up to five years of experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role while contributing to project delivery, financial performance, and team coordination.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek, Bluebeam).
- Interest in life sciences, advanced technology, or mission-critical sectors.
