Responsibilities
- The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
- The IT Manager serves as a strategic partner to departments across the organization, ensuring technology solutions support business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and providing an exceptional user experience.
- Maintain system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Maintain accurate technology asset inventories, licensing records, and technical documentation.
- User Support & Service Delivery Manage Help Desk operations and technical support services.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user documentation.
- Support business applications and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Cybersecurity Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage endpoint protection, identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and security monitoring.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible information technology experience.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting macOS systems.
Nice to have

- Oversee hardware and software deployment, upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle replacement.
- Establish and monitor service level expectations and response times.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Compensation
- $75k-$80k
