Responsibilities

  • The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
  • The IT Manager serves as a strategic partner to departments across the organization, ensuring technology solutions support business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and providing an exceptional user experience.
  • Maintain system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Maintain accurate technology asset inventories, licensing records, and technical documentation.
  • User Support & Service Delivery Manage Help Desk operations and technical support services.
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user documentation.
  • Support business applications and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Cybersecurity Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage endpoint protection, identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and security monitoring.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible information technology experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting macOS systems.

Compensation

  • $75k-$80k
