About the role

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve collaboration and productivity.

The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
The IT Manager serves as a strategic partner to departments across the organization, ensuring technology solutions support business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and providing an exceptional user experience.
Maintain system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Maintain accurate technology asset inventories, licensing records, and technical documentation.
User Support & Service Delivery Manage Help Desk operations and technical support services.
Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user documentation.
Support business applications and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
Cybersecurity Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
Manage endpoint protection, identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and security monitoring.

Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible information technology experience.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting macOS systems.

Oversee hardware and software deployment, upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle replacement.
Establish and monitor service level expectations and response times.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Compensation $75,000 - $80,000 annually A competitive benefits package is provided, including medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, a retirement account, and substantial vacation time.
