Document client calls and action items for BDs and BD Associates
Create solutions for client questions/issues
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to process weekly invoices
Partner with BDs and BD Associates on strategy and approach for monthly communications

1+ year of related client service experience
Responsive team player with the ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data entry skills
