Requirements
- DC Warehouse (Equipment): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions.
- The employee is frequently required to climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend and carry.
- Employee may be required to wear a headset covering one or both ears.
Nice to have
- Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
- Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure the products are processed and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff to include coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
- Interview and hire new employees.
- Foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
- Respond to employee needs, including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 4-6 years of warehouse experience
