Nice to have
- Qualifies sales opportunities through discovery/assessment.
- Identifies who the Buying influencers are, who has the Authority to make the financial decision, performs a Needs Analysis and obtains the Timeline for when the system must be in place.
- Demonstrates products and solutions utilizing product demo programs and by working with technical staff to set up solution demonstrations at Tusker, customer site and/or via the web.
- Works with inside sales to quote prices.
- Works with the accounting department to provide credit terms.
- Closes sale and prepares required sales documentation (sales order, contracts, SOWs, signed authorizations from clients, etc.).
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of product availability and company's delivery and installation timetables.
- Visits client base regularly to ensure customer is satisfied, uncover new opportunities, and ensure adequate maintenance exists on current purchases.
