About the role
- This is a role for someone who ships with urgency, treats AI as their primary tool, and wants ownership over outcomes - not just outputs.
- You carry a clear point of view on where your product surface is headed and can articulate it to any stakeholder.
- Prototype working demos with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make) before engineering spends a sprint.
Responsibilities
- You get a personal BetterUp Coach, a development plan, a trained and coached manager, the most amazing team you've ever met (yes, each with their own personal BetterUp Coach), and most importantly, work that matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product outcomes - not just feature delivery.
- Experience contributing to product-market fit - you've been close to the problem of figuring out why something isn't landing and have played a meaningful role in changing course.
- You know how to turn those conversations into product hypotheses.
- Strong executive communication skills - you can tell the story of your product, your bets, and your learnings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a point of view on where your product surface should go and can defend it with evidence, while staying open to updating that view as you learn.
- You have an instinct for what good looks like - in the product experience, in the positioning, in how your product shows up to users and buyers.
- Strong customer-centric product development skills, with experience turning qualitative customer signal into testable hypotheses.
- You can modify prompts, adjust UI flows, and run data analyses without filing a ticket.
- Expertise in organizational transformation, human transformation, talent intelligence, or related fields.
