Responsibilities
- Request, assemble, and organize appraisal support materials, including rent rolls, income statements, budgets, lease agreements, construction costs, project timelines, etc. for the appraisal process.
- Upload and manage assembled information to ShareFile folder or other designated platforms for appraiser access.
- Track, manage and prioritize appraiser information requests to ensure responsiveness and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to independently organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including repetitive processes, in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work under pressure.
Requirements
- Ability to review, interpret, and reconcile financial and supporting documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply practical, common-sense judgment.
- 2-5 years prior experience working within the Real Estate industry in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (in Business, preferred).

- Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget.
