Responsibilities
- Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives and tenant survey requirements.

- As User Experience Partner, you will perform a broad range of property administration duties to ensure user experience expectations are met and your assigned are performing well.
- Reporting to a Manager, Portfolio Operations, you will collaborate across our organization to address both the planned and unplanned operational needs of our users.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working in a customer-driven administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous Yardi experience an asset.
- An ability work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
