Responsibilities

  • You'll lead the delivery of complex capital projects from development through construction and commissioning, working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • As a project leader, you'll drive collaboration, solve problems, and support successful project handovers that help advance Enwave's sustainable energy and decarbonization goals.
  • Strong experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client and partner relationships
  • As a Project Manager, Development, you'll play a key role in advancing sustainable energy solutions by leading capital projects that support growth, innovation, and the transition to a lower-carbon future.
  • We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools to support certain stages of our recruitment process, such as screening or assessing applications.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management experience delivering large, complex capital projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing procurement activities, contractors, consultants, and construction execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations, permitting, and approvals processes
  • Experience in district energy or thermal energy systems is considered an asset

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 up to $130,000, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
