About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance data warehouse, integrating both internal and external data sources.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to validate performance drivers and enhance reporting materials for diverse audiences.
  • Drive the development of performance analytics tools and dashboards, ensuring data integrity through reconciliation with accounting data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance measurement, attribution, or a related analytical role within asset management or investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and performance reporting methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with performance attribution systems (e.g., Bloomberg PORT, FactSet, Barra).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear narratives for various audiences.
  • Experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or R.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
