About the role

  • The Senior Account Director is the "face" of Snow to the client.
  • Contribute s to the overall client financial management and establish es and meet s internal client revenue targets.
  • Propose s ideas and strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and influence decision - making.

Responsibilities

  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Develop s and maintain s meaningful and productive client relationships at all levels to ensure that strategic recommendations and tactical deliverables surpass client expectations.
  • Initiate s ongoing communication with clients to manage and align expectations, ensure staffing resources and performance expectations are met, and provide strategic counsel.
  • Provide s proactive counsel on external marketplace, competitive pressures, and brand influences, sell s agency expertise, gain s consensus on patient programs, and develop s strategic initiatives.
  • STRATEGY: Work s with clients to drive strategic efforts that solve their business and communications problems.
  • ORGANIC GROWTH: Drive s a business-building orientation on account teams, secure s organic growth opportunities, actively pursue s and engage s prospective clients to acquire new business, and build s agency partnership opportunities.
  • Set s clear performance expectations, communicate s alignment between individual roles and overall organizational strategy, and deliver s on employee value proposition.
  • Support s and leverage s talent programs and initiatives.
