About the role
- Field Operations Managers are accountable for the safety, productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction of all direct reports, and Konecranes customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
- Through demonstrable and systematic KPI management, this role will assure continuous improvement in these key accountabilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular customer follow up on work performed and immediately address customer concerns / complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a good driving record.
- Must be willing to travel as required including overnight trips.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ensure that all reports have tools, replacement parts, and components required to perform assigned work.
Nice to have
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a manager in customer service operations role
- Previous experience managing a customer facing, field service business preferred.

Compensation
- 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date).
- 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
