About the role
- Bridge to thousands of biopharma companies and their patients.
- Summary: The Warehouse Associate I/II/III assists in the day-to-day activities relating to inventory control functions supporting pharmaceutical fill/finish operations.
- The main responsibility of this position is to assist with all aspects of logistics such as receiving, shipping, data entry, inventory control, labeling and maintaining all associated cGMP documentation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Processes delivered materials according to procedure placing an added immediacy on temperature sensitive receipts. Delivers received shipments accordingly
- Records and maintains accurate inventory logs for all manufacturing components. Reports on inventory

Requirements
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience
- ability to use Microsoft Suite
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Ability to prioritize, to ensure the key actions are followed through
- Knowledge of ERP software is most helpful
- APICS coursework or certification helpful, but not required
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High School or Equivalency Basic math and computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Suite
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong commitment to excellence and quality with a positive working attitude
- Strong initiative, reliable, follows instructions both verbal and written
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
Compensation
- Attends semi-annual DOT and IATA training as required
