About the role
- DIRECTOR OF SERVICE TALENT & RESOURCE STRATEGY The Director of Service Talent & Resource Strategy is responsible for the operational staffing and strategic workforce planning of our client service department.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing director-level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to build a unified leadership culture across a department
- Work with the COO to develop and maintain data-driven models to forecast staffing needs based on revenue projections and the current new client pipeline.
- Develop tracking mechanisms to match specific team members to client accounts based on technical expertise, personality fit, and professional development goals.
- Partner with the People Team to set the technical benchmarks for "Success" at every level of the client-facing organization.
- Design the technical "milestones" for promotion in collaboration with the People Team.
- Maintain Talent Assessments in coordination with the People Team to understand our internal growth pipeline.
- Identify bottlenecks in how teams collaborate and implement structural changes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in workforce planning & talent strategy
- Experience with cost-to-serve analysis and operational profitability metrics
- Experience with succession planning and high-potential talent identification
Nice to have
- Prior experience in financial services or fund administration preferred
Compensation
- Competitive salary
- The salary range for the Director of Service Talent & Resource Strategy position is $175,000 - $220,000.
- Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.
