The opportunity We're building
As a Senior AI Bioinformatics Engineer, you'll join a team of senior engineers building the next generation of Sequencing AI.

You should be capable of joining our AI Team as a Senior Backend Engineer while bringing deep expertise in human whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics.
You're equally comfortable discussing distributed systems architecture, AI infrastructure, and data engineering as you are discussing variant interpretation, genomic databases, and human genetics.
We recognize this combination of expertise is rare.
This role requires someone who has reached senior-level proficiency in both production software engineering and human bioinformatics and is excited to apply both skill sets to build entirely new AI technology.
Expert-level TypeScript with experience owning production services end to end.
Bioinformatics You also have: Deep expertise in human whole genome sequencing and genomic interpretation.
Strong knowledge of ClinVar, dbSNP, gnomAD, HGVS nomenclature, transcript databases, and other core genomic resources.
